Very clean room.
But no coffee pot in the room! You have to ask for it and carry it all to your room yourself. What? Who wants to go downstairs just for a cup of coffee??? Game changer for sure.

El baño estaba sucio, la taza muy sucia, el lavabo también, había cabellos, la ropa de cama estaba rota, el sofá estaba muy manchado, no hicieron la cama en la limpieza de la habitación. La habitación tenía mal olor. El desayuno fue básico y no tenían todo disponible en el momento. La máquina de hielo no funcionaba. Las instalaciones en general son viejitas y están descuidadas

An item of mine was lost by a staff member. Due to circumstances of the staff removing my belongings when their system accidentally checked me out, they removed my stuff. Once I got it back a couple items were missing. The manager made no attempt to try and work with me to get it back or compensate me. She was bothered that I took her away from a conference call to deal with the matter. As a Diamond member, I expected a little better treatment and response. But no, she didn’t want to deal with the situation. I emailed her twice after my stay to ask what could be done with no repose to any of my emails. I won’t ever stay here again. No will my company of 600 employees. It has been made known to them. There’s a good Holiday inn just up the road with really nice staff.
