The front desk clerk was away from her station for over an hour walking the property. When she came in she was rude and very ugly. I knew my room wouldn’t be ready however i wanted to pay for it and get my key due to events I had that would keep me away til late in the evening. She had a hard understanding why I needed to I could just do it when I got back and that it was going to be a problem mind you she had some guy with her who even said I don’t work her I just hang out here. Very professional I think not!!
