Negativ: Zimmer 205 ohne Fenster, die Schallisoliert sind! Deshalb sehr laut vom Highway I-35! Sehr schlechtes Zimmer erhalten, obwohl Bonvoy Silver Member. Sehr wenig Schlaf wegen dem Krach. Und dafür 130€ bezahlt!Teppich sehr schmutzig! Barfuß laufen, gleich schwarze Füße! Frühstück geht so! Positiv: Gr. Betten, Gr. Zimmer! Lage!

Se tuvo un contratiempo con la reservación de los amigos con los que viajamos. El contratiempo existió precisamente entre ******* y la propiedad ya que aparentemente el dinero de la reservación que se le había pagado a ******* no fue transferido a la propiedad en su momento. Fue una disputa de varios días, ******* y la propiedad se echaban mutuamente la culpa y mis amigos tuvieron que hacer una nueva reservación para que los dejasen hospedar en el hotel. Esto se prolongó por varios días de discusiones entre ******* y la propiedad.

La atención de la gerente Srita. Karla Sánchez muy buena, tuvimos un problema con expidia que no dejaba que bajara el hotel el pago de la estancia que ya habíamos hecho desde que se hizo la reservación y la gerente Srita. Karla Sánchez estuvo en contacto con expidia hasta que logro que nos reembolsaran la cantidad pagada cuando se reservo ya que tuvimos que pagar directamente en el hotel, aun estamos esperando que el dinero de la devolución caiga en mi tarjeta de crédito, nos dijeron en expidia que tardan entre 7 y 10 días hábiles.

We were attending an early Oath of Allegiance Ceremony at the college and decided to stay overnight the day before. Initially, I had issues with our online booking so called the hotel and spoke with Chris. He was very kind, helpful and professional and immediately corrected it for me. The hotel had some upgrades going on but did not affect our stay. Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable, with a huge bathroom with shower and good amenities. Buffet breakfast was very good with interesting dishes such as mini quiches and good coffee. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. A very good stay, we would heartily recommend this Fairfield Inn.

I was lucky enough to land here after a trip from Australia. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and were able to get us into our rooms early after a long flight. The rooms are perfectly appointed albeit on a main road so you can’t leave the windows open. There is also a train line somewhere nearby that wakes you up at random times during the night. The beds are so comfy that I struggled to get up in the morning. The shower was hot and every part of the room was immaculate. In fact the entire complex was spotless. Breakfast was included and although it was lacking bacon and sausages on some mornings there were plenty of scrambled eggs, toast and fruit to fill you up. One thing us foreigners really miss is a proper coffee or tea cup. Thin paper cups in the room and the restaurant wear thin. Overall, this hotel worked well. Although if it wasn’t for the surrounding restaurants and bars we’d be in trouble.
