Excellent experience in Hotel Tunqueley Wonderful& friendly staff in the reception They helped us so much with every little thing we needed, including information and recommendations. The design of the hotel is warm and welcoming, nice lobby with an elevator. We want to thank the wonderful Ivana that was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. Also thanks to Nico and Lucas and Jonny for their buena onda and assistance! Thanks to Anni for her assistance and recommendations! We highly recommend this hotel!! Muchas Gracias!!!!

The staff was incredible warm. They made me feel at home. I had a health issue and they helped in the best way they could. First, we arrived and our room was not that good. I complained and they moved us to 2 different rooms. It was a triple, and as they did not have another triple available, they moved us to 2 doubles and the rooms were much better. Actually, all the rooms are the same as the pictures, except for the triple I got upstairs. The hotel is small, lobby and breakfast area was remodelled but the rooms not.

Excelente hotel atención,pero tendría que tener servicio fuera hora desayuno,sea te café vino o alguna comida,calefaccuinaso,los xhixos resepcion un 10,Desayuno sin tacc para mi realmente se portaron,el agua caliente,servicio limpieza excelente

Estuve alojada 2 noches con mi esposo. Brinda de acuerdo a su categoría , 2 estrellas. A veces la gente quiere pagar poco y pretende servicios 5 estrellas. En mi opinión la habitación es muy sencilla y básica. Pero muy limpia al igual que el baño. Las toallas y sábanas de muy buena calidad. Importante que en el looby tenés microondas, mesas para sentarte microondas, losa y cubiertos y agua caliente a disposición. Ademas posee su propio restaurant donde sirven el desayuno y es excelente y completo Es un hotel que lo están modernizando. Por el precio está más que bien
