La experiencia fue excelente desde las consultas antes de la reserva. Siempre me respondieron con rapidez. Hacer la reserva fue muy sencillo. El seguimiento unos días antes del check-in, poder enviar los datos de mí familia para no demorarnos al llegar fue muy bueno. Nos alojamos en la Tiny house. Me preocupaba la temperatura y para mí sorpresa casi no usamos la calefacción. Completa y muy cómoda. Ideal para hijos menores de 12 años. El hotel está ubicado súper bien. Nosotros pagamos el desayuno aparte y estaba muy bien. Variado y riquísimo. Meli, Gimena y la señora de los desayunos súper amables. 💕 Stefi de la agencia dentro del hotel también fue muy atenta y amable coordinando el transfer desde el aeropuerto. Valoro en las personas la capacidad y vocación de servicio. Experiencia de 10!!!!

Worth the stay!
Awesome place for vacation, the hotel is super cozy and clean, very well maintained. The tour agency is also super convenient and offered different services around the area. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very welcoming. Gimena was lovely with us and helped us a lot during our stay recommending some good places in town. Overall 10/10 and would definitely come back!

Hotel bacana, muito próximo ao Lago Lacar em San Martin de Los Andes. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé a partir do hotel menos as excursões (ou você contrata ou como sempre faço alugue um carro para se locomover por conta própria). Bom café da manhã, estacionamento para veículos, ótima calefação, ótimo atendimento.
