Nos alojamos en este hotel 3 estrellas superior y la experiencia fue excelente. El servicio de recepción, con Brisa, Melisa y Aitana, fue impecable: siempre atentas y amables. El desayuno es muy completo y riquísimo, con la cordial atención de Angélica y una música de fondo que crea un ambiente ideal para comenzar el día. La habitación es cómoda, bien equipada y la ducha es espectacular, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de paseo. Sin duda, una opción recomendada para una estadía placentera.

Fuimos en febrero de 2025 muy linda la vista de la habitación, buena atención, muy lindo el lugar y la ubicación muy buena, el wifi llega maso a algunos habitaciones pero en general todo más que bien, nos fuimos muy conformes. El desayuno muy rico.

Mejoraría el baño, me alojé en la habitación 102, tiene suciedad y manchas de humedad en el piso, el sistema de "bidet" es poco práctico e higiénico, no hay un tapete al que pisar cuando sales de la ducha, solo tiene una parte cubierta, cuando te bañas, mojas todo el baño.

Could be better
Great location, 2 blocks from lake, friendly and nice staff. Breakfast is Ok but too simple perhaps. Room was ok, but bathroom is not updated or clean enough. The hotel is expensive, so the cost/quality balance goes down.

Muy cordial y serviciales las chicas de la Recepcion, Melisa y Brisa y las chicas de la Empresa de Turismo El Claro. No es grave, pero se debe mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones y baño, ejemplo entre los espacios del toallero del baño. Buen desayuno.

La ubicación excelente, tenes todo cerca. El hotel estéticamente hermoso , además de cómodo, acogedor, ordenado y limpio. Las chicas de recepción amables y serviciales. La vista desde la habitación hermosa. El desayuno muy completo también. Super recomendable!

Two blocks from the playa this very nice hotel gave us a really pleasant three nights stay. Spotless cleaning and well planned rooms with a nice breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Right next to the reception there is a travel agent which comes in handy
