Grazie del meraviglioso soggiorno trascorso! Abbiamo passato un’incantevole vacanza sulla neve grazie al sorriso di tutto il personale della Struttura; grazie alle Camere, impeccabili, confortevoli, bellissime, ampie, moderne ma con lo stile di montagna sempre accogliente; grazie al percorso benessere presente nella struttura, favoloso dopo ore di sci e freddo! Grazie di averci accolto e coccolati, dal caffè della colazione alla cioccolata calda dopo cena. Grazie al Responsabile della Struttura e grazie ad Angela ed Antonio per la cortesia e tutte le premure ricevute. San Martino di Castrozza è un posto incredibile, incastonato tra le montagne offre tantissime opportunità che regalano felicità, divertimento in compagnia e momenti da ricordare! Excellent stay. We travelled as a group and had 3 apartments. There is a lovely bar area (closed early), fantastic swimming pool which the kids really enjoyed. A few mins walk from centre. Angela in reception was great, a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni bellissimi. Residence molto pulito e funzionale. L'appartamento é fornito di ogni confort ed il bar interno é comodissimo. Su prenotazione si possono avere panini e brioches fresche. La posizione é perfetta e la visuale incantevole.

Una vacanza che mi è entrata nel cuore, gentilezza e competenza straordinaria. Location calda , fiabesca, con un richiamo allo stile austro /ungarico. Tutti i comfort dell epoca moderna : piscina e la zona wellness. Il personale sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni tipo di esigenza. Vista sulle montagne bellissima. Un esperienza da rivivere, una vacanza meravigliosa.

I had a disappointing stay at the residence. Upon arrival, the apartment temperature was 23°C. When I requested an increase due to my 3-year-old feeling cold, I was initially told it wasn’t possible. The following day, after a dispute, the temperature was adjusted. Sadly, my child fell ill, and when I inquired about using the children’s play area, the receptionist dismissively claimed it couldn’t be warmed, insinuating it might not be warm enough for my child. Furthermore, requests for an iron and basic information about housekeeping were met with unhelpful responses. I recommend management consider relocating this staff member to a back-office role, as customer service does not seem to be her forte.”

Abbiamo soggiornato per la settimana del capodanno 2023/2024. Eravamo stati già in questo residence in estate trovandoci benissimo!Appartamento spazioso, pulito e rifinito bene. posizione ottima, vicinissimo al centro. garage compreso.Personale cordiale. ottimo soggiorno, continueremo a tornare qui!!

Stanza, con tutto il necessario per la nostra famiglia di 5,siamo stati molto bene.....una comodità la piscina dove i bambini si sono divertiti... Comodo anche la possibilità di ordinare la sera prima le buonissime Brioche calde e il pane che alla mattina trovavamo al Bar, senza dover uscire...

Residence molto bello e curato, con tanti servizi (piscina coperta, sala per i bambini, ecc.) e l'autonomia di avere un appartamento tutto per sè. Ottima anche la pulizia ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Super consigliato!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane con i bambini presso questo recidence a 2 passi dal centro di San Martino di Castrozza. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo, appartamenti puliti e spaziosi e dotati di lavastoviglie. Personale della struttura cordiale e sempre disponibile cosi come il titolare. Bellissima l'idea di avere una piccola stanza giochi per i bambini e la baby dance serale. Purtroppo manca il servizio lavanderia anche se su tripadvisor avevo letto che era presente ma in realta non è piu cosi. Per noi che con i bambini abbiamo soggiornato a lungo presso questa struttura è stata una grossa scocciatura perche abbiamo dovuto lavare a mano i vestiti che pero si asciugavano in 3 giorni visto il clima della montagna.
