Our stay was unplanned; we just wanted to unwind from work and escape the noisy city. It was also our first time at Timberland. I arrived early, expecting to wait in the restaurant until check-in time, as I was a bit ahead of schedule (though I was tired and sleepy from coming straight from work). However, the receptionist, Mr. MM, was incredibly kind and found an available room for me. I’m grateful that I was able to check in early and rest. Since our stay was unplanned, we forgot to bring our charger. The night receptionist kindly offered to let us charge it at the front desk and come back to pick it up later. She was a fun and warm person, which made the experience even better. The food in the restaurant was fine, portions were a bit large for two people, Sinigang, Bokchoy, and cocktails after dinner. We availed together with the room the plated breakfast, definitely more than enough for us. We ordered both the Pinoy and Timberland breakfasts, but our favorite was from Baker J—the breads were absolutely delicious!

We went here this weekend and booked multiple rooms to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Rooms are so clean with a nice view. We also love the foods, so delicious and has many choices! My kids enjoyed playing at the play area too! Friendly staffs that greets you anywhere , special mention to Sir MM who helped us booked a room and asssisted us throughout our stay. He was so nice that most of our request was granted from the room we want, restaurant reservation and all! Kudos to the front office team that we really felt the warm welcome when we arrived. They even helped us to carry our things going to rooms. Thank you to ridge cafe staffs that were very attentive and friendly too 😀 We will keep coming back here not just because of the view and facilities but also because of the great service of the staffs!

We had a wonderful weekend at Timberland, all the staff of the resort, especially MM has been very accommodating making the experience more lovely. I love the food! The dinner buffet spread is superb! The room is clean, the bed so soft, and the view is perfect. The facilities are amazing; gym, sports area, kids area, pool, wall climbing, and a lot more!!! I am definitely going back and recommending to friends and family. Thanks, Timberland.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our recent stay at Timberland from August 31 to September 01. The staff at the resort greeted us with warm smiles upon our arrival, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. I must commend three individuals in particular for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Kar, the GSM, demonstrated exceptional dedication and attentiveness throughout our stay. Chris at the Ridge Cafe displayed remarkable attention to detail and provided outstanding service. Lastly, John from the bell services team welcomed us with a genuine smile and assisted us from start to finish. These employees are truly an asset to your organization and deserve recognition for their outstanding work ethic. Thank you to the entire management team for maintaining such high standards. The place was clean and peaceful however the elevator was not working at that time but we didn’t mind walking since it’s not even hot. The staffs were friendly but one of them was not so taught on how to respond and respect the guests. We were flying our drone on the premises and had filled up the proper papers but he rudely asked us about it. The food was delicious especially the chicken biryani.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay specially the bonfires with chocolates and mallows. will definitely go back wnd hopefully the elevators are already working that time

The moment we stepped inside the hotel, we were already in awe because of the view that is really perfect for sunset cheers. The staff delivered a superb service, most especially MM, who accomodated and answered all my queries. The food was great, not to mention the best latte in their cafe! It is a perfect place for staycation with the overlooking pool that will take your breath away. Overall, our experience was one for the books!

I recently stayed at Timberland Highland Resort and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with stunning views. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend Timberland Highland Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

We stayed in Timberland Highlands Resort for 1 night and we enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and the rooms were clean. The swimming pool was good and overall the facitilities were great. However I think some of the facilities like badminton required extra payment, it would have been good if hotel guests had complimentary use of the facilities even for 1 hour for example.
