I have to say that the only positive about this hotel is the person at the front desk (Liz). She was very helpful and nice. The room was ok enough but there are SO MANY DOGS!!! You could hear them barking all night long! And they would run down the hallway. We didn't get much sleep at all. And people going in and out of the door at all hours taking dogs for a walk. But the barking - nonstop!!! We will never ever stay here again. And funny thing is they don't allow cats - seriously?

Recently in LV to attend a work function and this was one of the hotels offering the conference discount. Great front desk staff! The girls at the desk were caring, helpful, polite and friendly, i had to make several reservations and changes, and they were so helpful! The room was clean, the water hot and great pressure, good location, easy to find. Altho a bit dated, we slept great and the beds were bright white and clean!

The hotel called me to tell me they didn’t have a room. And I’d need to cancel. Then they said yes they did have a room. The hotel room was dirty. The hotel room door didn’t lock. The latch worked. The hotel room said it slept 5 but they’re was no place for a 5th person to sleep. The breakfast was embarrassing bad.

Staff was VERY helpful. Nice lady that checked us in even offered to help us carry luggage upstairs because there is no elevator. She also suggested an excellent restaurant. Please check on the fridge in room 207 and tighten faucet handle. Thank you.

Clean rooms basic with good table n chairs nice bed HOT showers with high pressure Good breakfast. Pool inside looked inviting Great hotel for visiting family n basically sleep n shower

They had no plunger I hadt to make one with my arm and rag. They bever came to our room to fix thr toilet. They said they couldn'tfind one. Plus they charged us for smoking and no one in our family smokes. So this is a lie or mistake from the house keeper
