I checked the dresser drawers and found some dead bed bugs! I checked the bed thoroughly but everything looked good. They must’ve fumigated but didn’t clean as well as they should have. We woke up in the morning and NO live bed bugs. No bites. They have remodeled with laminate flooring, walk- in shower and shower head, new bathroom appliances. Microwave did not work. 3 layers of mattress pads that were new and clean, all sheets were nice and white. The heater worked well.

This is a great place to stay on a budget. We have stayed twice. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are quite large. They are comfortable for a couple, but also can accommodate a larger family with ease. It is a bit worn but it’s a good value for the low price.

The Palomino is an older facility, but the rooms have been modernized and are quite clean and comfortable. I saw the high reviews, but still had some doubts. Don't. It is every bit as nice as the reviews say it is.
