Very convenient hotel as it is a few minutes by taxi from Tenerife South airport (about €15 by taxi), facing the sea, the view from the room is exceptional. The swimming pool, sheltered from any breeze with glass windows, is heated and you can swim (if you are not too cold) even in winter. The restaurant is a buffet with a good variety of choices, every evening we were offered a different type of dinner (Italian, Spanish, Canarian, etc...). Outside the hotel there is a beautiful promenade along the seafront, while it is surrounded by clubs and commercial activities (the commercial area is really small). The entertainment is limited to a few hours of live music, even for children it is almost nothing and there is no play area.

Without a doubt, the best of all has been the staff, from the security (Paolo) to the hotel reception, even in the law firm, all very friendly and kind.
I loved the hotel but without a doubt I will return for the treatment. I would have loved to remember everyone's name but my head can't take that long 😅 but Thank you very much.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is good. Not so much the location of the hotel, which is in a somewhat abandoned area and gives a feeling of little care. The worst thing was the damage to the room, it is understood that it is an old hotel and with a somewhat adjusted price but we have found a room with a bathroom with a lot of damage: a cistern that loses water, broken sink plugs, the shower From the broken bathtub, the bathtub stopper was coming off, and the bathroom door does not close properly. Then in the room stains on the wall paint and moisture damage on the ceiling.
The hotel was not bad but we believe that it is not a 4 star hotel.

When we arrived the guy at reception was amazing . Victor. He was lovely all through our stay. The staff were fabuloolìous and the cleaners were lovely . Fabulous place will book again faultless tbh the guy doing the entertainment was lovely. He was sad we were leaving

Excellent experience overall. Room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The food and the drinks were all first class with variety at both breakfast and evening meal. The pool was great and very quiet which is what we like. Los Abrigos was about 10 minutes walk north along the coast and is a small, authentic Canarian port with lots of charm. The hotel itself needs a little TLC but that’s just the buildings. Highly recommended.

The staff were hard-working, courteous, and very friendly. The food was adequate and plentiful for a three star hotel but could do with a revision of variety. The biggest letdowns were Lack of Wi-Fi in an all inclusive hotel and the lifts. They were charging five euro per day and less, if you paid for five days. What part of all inclusive with the difficult bit? Also, the lift system in the hotel is an antiquity. It was not working most days and on other days was extremely rickety. This necessitated people in their 60s having to climb as many as 8-10 flights of stairs several times a day. The hotel had a lt of early 20s people making a lot of noise, including one group of two females with a boombox blasting out of the balcony of their room for over 12 hours a day. I had to personally intervene three times to get them to turn down the noise so that we could sleep. Meantime, the security guy was wandering around the lobby looking bored. A good hotel for a cheap holiday, if you can hack the above. You pay for what you get.🤷♂️
