I cannot imagine a better hotel experience. The location is perfect. The rooms and building were immaculate, quiet and aesthetically pleasing. The complimentary breakfast options were delicious and freshly prepared with menu options if you'd like even more choices. The best part was the warm and gracious staff, especially Omar who was extremely helpful and a joy to talk to.

Beautiful hotel! It was about a 10 min walk to el centro. Our stay included breakfast each morning which was very helpful. At night, the street the hotel was on was very quiet. They had AC, a fridge, comfortable bed, beautiful inside and lovely staff!

loved the staff, they were all very lovely and the hotel was just perfect for a get away, the only thing i would probably recommend is lobby music as during our breakfast is was uncomfortably quiet.

This is my first time here and they helped me with everything. It’s a beautiful hotel and just right in the middle of everything. I am so pleased that shows this place I can walk everywhere. I need you from here and I am 86. Love it here

I’m a shopper so the location was great. Service was excellent and facilities were well kept. I would not recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues. They don’t have bars to hold onto in the bathroom or even furniture that can provide something to hold onto should you fall.
