Really good hotel

The hotel sits directly in front of a major highway, and the noise is relentless. Semis roar past at all hours, and the building does almost nothing to block the sound. The bathroom windows are built in a way that they can't be closed. The bathroom door itself is a thin hollow-core door, so noise cuts straight through it. The main door to the room has no seal at all, so highway noise pours directly into the room. Sleep here is genuinely impossible. The Wi-Fi is the second major problem. It's so slow and drops so frequently roughly every 10 seconds that doing any real work on a laptop is out of the question. It can't even sustain a single YouTube video. On top of that, the connection is tied to your specific room key card, which creates an absurd situation: when you pull the card out of its slot in the room, all the electricity shuts off, including your Wi-Fi. So you can't stay connected while moving around the hotel. There's a separate hotel-wide Wi-Fi, but it's only accessible from the lobby and requires a different password you have to ask for. That one at least works but unless you plan to sit in the lobby and do all your work there, bring your own data plan. Overall, I found this hotel lacking in every dimension that actually matters for a functional stay.

This is a very nice! Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are clean but a little dark.

Horrible customer service! Old furniture & property! Mattresses were hard as a brick!

Yes it was clean. But they forgot the tv remote control and the air conditioner control. The Netflix could not be changed to personal account. Staff very helpful. Dining room staff support great and obliging.

Our group stayed here for one night on the way back to Mexico City. Very nice surroundings at this place! Nice pool area, very nice staff and each room had a door you could go out and sit on your patio. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning where they served you. Big beautiful ceiling in the room. Only complaint l had was the tv didn’t work and no glasses to rinse your mouth out with. Very spacious room.

It is not 10 minutes away from the cathedral like said online. Address posted is incorrect and too far from anything.
