I was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.

It was a relatively good experience staying at this property, but I did feel very isolated and somewhat unsafe in the evenings traveling as a woman alone. When staff was at the front desk, they were very kind and available. It was impossible to get water after the first day, which was kind of weird and there was no way to get coffee or anything to go. The pool was freezing, but the grounds are very beautiful. I would recommend going there with a partner, family, friends, but not solo.

This hotel is so terrible that left the same day, located in a horrible area, up a very steep tiny and narrow street, it doesn't feel safe. Recepcionist very rude, rooms old and outdated, swimming pool cold and dirty...... I booked for two nights

Lovely hotel! I can't say enough about the wonderful staff! The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The beds are quite firm yet tolerable. Warning: it does get quite cold in the room if you go during the winter. There is no heater, but they do have blankets. Take the time to take in the view at night!

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. The place is not too far from downtown. The facilities are very run down. We found lice on the bed and the ladies did not care to bring someone to clean. We got moved to a different room. If you go during cold weather, be aware this hotel is not equiped to handle cold temps. They had to buy blankets for us because it was really cold and they did not have heaters. Other than thos details and if management would try to clean mor often, this hotel has potential.
