Friendly, lovely and helpful staff. Perfect location, a short 2 minute walk to the center where cathedral is. Not a big variety for breakfast, but again you can walk out and find so many options.

Pretty hotel. Good location. Walking distance from plaza and churches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and the water was nice and warm. Hotel has elevators! Our hotel room was clean but very small with no extra storage besides the closet. We were living out of our suitcases because there was nowhere to put our stuff.
Breakfast was ok. No variety. Same thing everyday-scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, pre wrapped fruit, pancakes and toast. Nothing freshly made, just sitting in warmers, maybe it’s because there is no restaurant in the hotel. We were there for four days. I guess it did its job.

Staying at Hotel Madi was a smooth, personalized, and truly amazing experience. During our visit, there was a local parade and several street closures due to cherished festivities—something very special to the town. Despite the challenges, the valet service was outstanding and managed everything seamlessly. The room was beautiful, and the thoughtful snacks available at your fingertips were a lovely detail. The pool, though quiet, offered stunning views, and the bartender kept the delicious drinks flowing—don’t miss the Aperol Spritz! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. A perfect stay right in the heart of San Miguel.
