THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They crashed my car and didn't take responsibility. The place doesn't have parking, and they tell you it does. They trick you into thinking they have parking, but they don't! They broke my mirror, and the owner himself told us to work with the parking guys, and that they probably had insurance. We booked with him, but he sent us to the parking guys??!! But that's not all. We also handed the car over that day, and the parking guys say it arrived at night!! I mean... THEY USED MY CAR!! There are many accommodation options in SMA. I've never encountered such dishonest, abusive, and deceitful people before! SHAMELESS!!

The property is located two blocks from Plaza Allende. We stayed in the room called Armadillo. It was located in the second floor. The room was vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was served in the third floor and it had a great view of the area and of the cathedral.

Every person here was so kind and thoughtful and accommodating… I wish I could’ve stayed longer, but they were sold out! Book it early if you want to continue your stay!

The place is very clean, service is excellent, Delicious gourmet breakfast, fabulous view of the parish, close to the main plazas and parish. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. You don’t have to worry about parking.
