Pasamos una noche y descansamos genial. La terraza tiene una vista preciosa de la zona, tomarse algo viendo el atardecer y escuchando los pájaros es maravilloso. La atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel fue excelente.

La dueña es un encanto, hace lo posible por cumplir todas tus expectativas así como Fran, te atiende como nadie en el restaurante y es un sitio mágico con vistas que te dejan sin respiración. Es un lugar que ha quedado en mi corazón, buen trato, cercanos, maravilla de paisaje. Lo echaré de menos.

Todo. Es 100% recomendable. La señora que lo gestiona muy amable y atenta en todo momento. El personal lo mismo. Limpieza en todo. Las vistas desde la terraza son preciosas y maravillosas a la vez que relajan y dan paz. Los desayunos riquísimos y abundantes. Estuvimos también cenando un día y lo mismo

Aunque se echa de menos algo de mantenimiento este hotelero tiene tal encanto por su ubicación, sus vistas y el personal q lo atiende que hemos pasado 3 días perfectos. Desayuno completo y restaurante bueno con embutido de primera calidad. Muy buen alojamiento para visitar la Sierra de Francia

Como el día anterior varios del grupo habían comido allí decidimos ir a tomar café. Podían simplemente habernos dicho que ya habían cerrado el restaurante, pero la propietaria simplemente se dedicó a insultarnos y a echarnos por haber ido sin avisar. Nunca en mi vida me han tratado así en un restaurante. Prometí escribirlo y ahí está. EN MI VIDA ME VOLVEREIS A VERME EN VUESTRO GARITO. No merecéis que ni siquiera se os valore

Reservamos Hotel por teléfono con caja Wonderbox y pedimos que nos pongan cuna parque pagando 10 euros adicionales por ella para 1 niño (íbamos con dos niños pero uno de ellos dormiría con nosotros) y al llegar la persona encargada de la recepción nos pide 5 euros por cada niño y nos comunica que no habíamos dicho nada de los niños (habíamos realizado reserva de una cuna parque…).La persona de la recepción tiene mal trato con nosotros e indica que no quiere que nos quedemos en el hotel y que así va el mundo. Decepcionante el trato recibido.

Del 27 de septiembre al 2 de octubre he pasado, con mi esposa, un semana inolvidable en el Hotel Porta Coeli el sitio donde se ubica ideal, la familia que lo lleva encantadores, sobre todo Evelyn. Las habitaciones, limpias, grandes y una cama buenísima grande y comoda(hacía tiempo que no dormida tan agusto en un hotel). Los desayunos perfectos y el menú degustación perfecto y suficiente para dos personas. No puedo tener más que palabras de agradecimiento y recomendar una visita al hotel para aquellos que visiten las Batuecas en la Sierra de Francia, e incluso las Hurdes en Extremadura. Gracias por todo Evelyn y familia

Hemos pasado dos días geniales habitación bien terraza genial con vistas a la peña de Francia, la piscina muy bien también, lo único el tiempo que no nos ha acompañado pero para darnos unos baños suficiente, si quieres desconectar y estar tranquilo este es el sitio trato por parte de los dueños muy bien también, desayuno perfecto tienes un poco de todo zumo natural, pues nada un placer la visita muchas gracias por todo un saludo.
