Un buen hotel con lo necesario para descansar en San Nicolás. Muy buena ducha. Tiene bidet. Cama cómoda. Los cuartos tienen una cocina muy bien provista. También una sala con un buen sillón y una tv grande. La tv del cuarto es muy pequeña. El estacionamiento es al aire libre. El desayuno, bien. Con jamón y queso. Pero la atención del desayuno es regular. Excelente ubicación.

Muy buen lugar, tiene una ubicación estratégica, muy buena atencion todo de 10. el apart tiene de todo, por ahi mejoraria los tv, que son de pocas pulgadas y un horno electrico. el desayuno excelente.

Instalaciones: 4. Muy bueno el apartamento, aunque con algunos faltantes de equipamiento (ej: no cuenta con pava, copas, ni sillas en el balcón). Sólo apto para ingresar comida preparada, no para cocinar. Posee cochera cubierta y descubierta, una pequeña piscina, hidromasaje (ambos a temperatura ambiente) y solarium. Las alfombras en espacios comunes requieren un cambio. El Wi-Fi es regular. Ubicación: 4. Sobre el final de una de las calles comerciales principales. Servicio: 5. Sumamente amables. Precio: 3,5. Relación precio - calidad que lo alejan de un establecimiento 4 estrellas.

Nos hospedamos el finde largo de carnaval dos noches. Está muy bien ubicado y el personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno es normal, básico.. no tiene mucha variedad (el jugo exprimido excelente, increíblemente no había dulce de leche) . El dpto cuenta con todo lo necesario pero tiene falta de mantenimiento. Tanto dentro como fuera en los espacios comunes.. la luz de entrada funcionaba mal. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de afuera ascensor y vecinos. Volvería si es para una estadía corta, si es algo de paso está bien..

Nos quedamos varados en San Nicolás sin poder regresar a nuestro destino por el mundial de Fútbol y justo nos encontramos con este hotel. Es un apartamento espacioso, justo nos tocó uno de 4 personas y éramos 2, tiene todo lo necesario, una cocina bien equipada (con tostadora y microondas, vajilla) living comedor, un baño, dos habitaciones, una de las habitaciones con un vestidor grande y un balcón, lindo aunque un poco ruidoso porque da a la calle, muy recomendable. Fuimos a comprar comida y comimos en el comedor

Hemos sido atendidos muy bien por todos en las dos oportunidades que fuimos en el término de quince días…el hotel tiene buen mobiliario…necesitaría mas mantenimiento que después de pandemia se nota… pero lo que más recalcó es la limpieza de pisos y rincones.. y el lavado de cortinas y acolchados y alfombras de entrada….en resumen limpieza!!!!

Alentados por los comentarios en tripadvisor, hicimos reserva por dos noches. Buen apart, departamentos amplios, con todas las comodidades y un excelente servicio de limpieza. Para tener en cuenta cuando vayas a San Nicolás.

Excelente ubicación. Estacionamiento cómodo. Atención Excelente limpieza muy buena, solo le faltaría algunos utensilios de cocina como para cocinar algo ya que la cocina queda desaprovechada al solo tener heladera cafetera eléctrica y un anafe eléctrico. Además los TV son planos pero muy antiguos De todas formas ningún reproche. Sin dudas volvería.
