Excelente ubicación y atención por parte del personal. Habitaciones limpias y el área de alberca con excelente atención por parte del mesero. Hay opción de check up later para disfrutar todo el día de la piscina. El desayuno incluido muy ricoooo

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece el valor por el dinero es muy muy bajo. Mal servicio, la gente está poco preparada, muy inflexible, la opción de destino incluida es una sola opción y la gente no te resuelve. La gente te dice que NO a todo, por casi 4,000 pesos por noche (200 usd) no tiene sentido….no regresaría.

El hotel esta bien para pasar 1 o 2 nochea...basico, limpio, ciartos auper amplios...las inatala ionea de la alberca se ven lindas aunq no las utilize
Los colchones de la cama (hab 210) uno en particular muy desgastado...el baño limpio pero ya se le ven sus años...

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo y opino que es una excelente opción.
Respecto al tema "Pet friendly", lo considero restrictivo, ya que solo pueden permanecer en la habitación, no puedes estar con ellos en áreas verdes, o cercanías a la piscina.
Por eso considero que no es del todo Pet Friendly, ya que si llevas contigo a tu mascota, es porque es parte de tu familia, quieres estar con el disfrutando del espacio abierto, al lado tuyo.
Tenemos la obligación como dueños de cuidar su aseo y controlar su comportamiento, si no estamos dispuestos a asumir esa responsabilidad, entonces es mejor que los dejemos en casa. En estas épocas es rara la familia que no tiene consigo un perro que no forme parte de la familia, por tal motivo sus políticas deben ser más abiertas.

Pésima experiencia. No nos dejaron dejar nuestro equipaje en resguardo un par de horas después de hacer check-out, aunque les explicamos que nuestro coche estaba descompuesto y que teníamos que ir por él, por lo que tuvimos que caminar un par de kms cargando el equipaje.
En la habitación las camaristas, en un lapso de media hora, abrieron tres veces la puerta sin tocar.

Falta una plancha de ropa en la habitación y si no por lo menos que no sean despotas cuando la solicitas, falta caja fuerte y en la habitación no servicio wifi y si se necesita por qué la recepción de teléfono es muy mala.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial.
Lo único que no me gusto fue que el último día que estuve, muy temprano por la mañana nos despertaron con unos ruidos constantes de unos arreglos que estaban haciendo parecer ser en el techo y en alguno de los cuartos lo cual fue incómodo porque queríamos descansar hasta más tarde.
