My husband and I stayed at The Desertica for 8 nights for our 10th wedding anniversary, and we were so grateful we chose this hotel. It really is a total sanctuary, right in the centre of San Pedro. The rooms, pool area and restaurant area are decorated beautifully and everything is kept so clean. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained, and the breakfasts and afternoon/evening food was really delicious. We loved that a little chocolate was placed on our pillow in the evening, and that the fire in the room was lit when we came home from an all day trip. On our last evening, we came back to our room to find a lovely little handmade Patcha Mama gift on our bed, which we just loved. Thankyou to all of the staff at The Desertica for creating and maintaining this little piece of heaven in the Atacama Desert, we will cherish our memories made here. Craig and Lisa Turner.

Hotel maravilhoso...todos da recepção são bem atenciosos...os funcionários do café da manhã e do bar...Café da manhã excelente...quarto grande, cama king maravilhosa, bem decorado, banheiro grande, chuveiro bom...serviço das camareiras excelente com chocolatinho na arrumação do final do dia e excelente localização...fizemos tudo caminhando no centro.

This is a beautiful retreat in an otherwise hot and dusty town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited so notify the hotel in advance if you need parking.

Hotel excelente. Cumpre com tudo o que é anunciado nos sites de hospedagem. Fiquei cerca de uma semana no Atacama e não poderia ter escolhido um hotel melhor. Comida e bebida boa, quarto confortável e atendimento perfeito. Todos muito simpáticos. Obrigado!! A piscina poderia ter aquecimento, pois a água é muito fria. O resto é perfeito.

Great hotel in a great location. Its position at the end of the town is perfect if you don’t have a car. It’s a great gem behind the entrance gate. Wonderful accommodations, incredible food, and an amazingly friendly team to help with any assistance needed. Loved it here!

A experiência no Desértica é impecável. O atendimento é ótimo, todo o staff muito atencioso e gentil. O fato de ser um hotel pequeno, permite um atendimento mais customizado e um ambiente mais intimista e tranquilo, um hotel silencioso e sofisticado, com atenção ao detalhes e experiência customizada. Esse é meu padrão de hotéis, então Desértica atendeu minhas expectativas. São apenas 12 quartos. Linda decoração, cama confortável e ótimo banheiro, boas toalhas e roupao. Bons amenities. Falta apenas um espelho de corpo inteiro. Staff gentil e prestativo, camareiras, recepção e o gentil Freddy do bar. Ótimos! O restaurante também é uma delícia. Apesar de um menu enxuto no café da manhã, as opções são ótimas, para o jantar, seria ótimo ter umas massas, por exemplo, menu também é um pouco reduzido. Estávamos comemorando o aniversário do meu namorado e o hotel não mediu esforços para surpreende-lo. Foi muito especial. Outro ponto muito positivo é a localização, é perfeita. Consegue estar na Caracoles e ainda assim ser um lugar super silencioso. Amei! Tipo de hotel para voltar e sempre recomendar. No Atacama escolher bem o hotel é fundamental, entre um passeio e outro você volta para descansar, então ter a deliciosa área da piscina do Desértica, com uma música agradável e em um volume adequado e um bom vinho, fizeram desses dias maravilhosos.

Wunderschönes traumhaftes Hotel direkt am Beginn der Fussgängerzone von San Pedro. Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr schöner Pool. Traumhafte Zimmer - leider ohne Klimaanlage (aber mit Ventilator) und daher in der Nacht relativ war. Aber die bequemen Betten machen alles wieder gut. Gute Bar mit sehr guter kleiner Speisekarte.

Highly recommended this property in San Pedro Atacama! The property is well situated in the center of the town right on the main “Blvd” Making for easy access for the tour companies to pick you up ! The service is outstanding and the rooms , there are 12 , are designed in the style of yurts! The rooms are super spacious , The pool is not heated but it warms up enough during the day ( at least this time of the year) to make the temperature acceptable! Special shout out to Mr. Freddy at the restaurant for throwing amazing service he provided during our stay . He was a true hustler !
