El hotel está muy bien situado al lado de la calle principal de San Pedro. Personal muy amable. Hotel limpio y habitaciones confortables. Lo recomiendo

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Selten so eine saubere und freundliche Unterkunft gesehen. Das WIFI könnte stärker sein aber insgesamt war es super. Auch das Restaurant in der Anlage war super lecker. Auch super Frühstück mit hummus und Obst.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the was the worst hotel we ever stayed due to the bad attitude of the owner.
1. Attitude of the owner on
-the bathroom toilet issues:
Issue: We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long day from Punta Arenas and they assign us room 8. the toilet bowl does not work. they mentioned they will send somebody. 30 minutes later nothing. the guy arrives after repeated follow ups and then says he cannot fix it since there is a power outage and no water. I got to the reception to change the room,
Response:
-the staff says he can give another room but i have to move back to this room the next day and then transfers the phone to the owner. She is so rude and says she cannot do anything since the hotel is sold out..as if she was doing us a favor for letting us stay there and we have to understand the problem.
- On top of that their generator was not working. She told me that we can go and find another hotel since it is not her problem since there is a power outage and they cannot fix the toilet till it comes. Nor can she give us another room for 2 nights. We stayed back and the alternative room offered was even more gloomier.
2 Rooms: the ventilation is very poor with one window and no AC. It made me sick all the time we were in the room. Had to keep the doors and window open if we needed to breathe. There is something wrong with the air quality inside the rooms.
3. Service: awful
I would highly recommend to stay away from this property.

O hotel é super receptivo, aconchegante e limpo. Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e educados, em especial a recepcionista Sevla. Como os passeios são bem cedo, eles perguntam se dará tempo de tomá-lo, senão deixam separados na recepção para que possamos levar, tudo pensado nos detalhes. Amei a estadia e experiência nesse lugar incrível.

This place is somehow rustic. To be honest, this is not a hotel that i personally would stay in the future. Three nights is enough. The hotel is not bad. The fridge inside the room is generally too noisy, I didn't complain about it, because I know the manager wouldn't care. Also the electrical sockets are located in the most illogical place, so it is difficult to put the plugs. The WIFI in the room doesn't work. The hotel was nice to prepare my lunch packet since I could not take breakfast due to tour. There is no TV in the room, and the sound isolation is not good, I can hear everyone who passes my door.

Buen Hotel, cerca del centro con una agradable atención del personal especialmente una joven brasilera que atiende en la recepción. Sugiero qued**** en el Hotel Kimal y NO en Poblado Kimal, pues el Poblado Kimal esta al lado de locales nocturnos con orquestas con musica en vivo

Excelente servicio, limpieza, atención e infraestructura. Muy linda experiencia del lugar y del espacio, el personal excelente en atención y disponibilidad 24/7 lo mismo para el personal de recepción que estaba atento a todo los servicios solicitados por mi y mi pareja. Recomendable en todo los aspectos, sumado a la ubicación que le da un cierto plus al estar al lado de la avenida principal de San Pedro de Atacama.

Hôtel sympathique dans un village typique. Ma chambre est pas très spacieuse , la literie de mauvaise qualité, pas de Clim alors qu’il fait 40 degrés, impossible de créer un courant d’air pour rafraîchir , impossible donc de dormir. La restauration est parfaite et le personnel sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute. Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir .
