Reservamos una casita de 2 alturas que nos gusto en Internet 10 meses antes del viaje, Al llegar pagamos, esperamos un rato a que estuviera a punto y cuando fuimos con el chico era una habitación pequeña, no era la que reservamos ni pagamos. El chico nos dijo que lo sentía que había sido un error y que nuestra casita se la habían alquilado a otros y que nos compensarán o con cava o una excursión o 3 horas de jacuzzi lo que escogieramos. Le dijimos que no que habíamos pagado por una casita y no por esa habitación, la respuesta, nos amenazo que si no nos fuéramos de allí, sin reserva en ningun sitio.como dijimos que no nos busco otra habitación más grande. Pero no nos compenso con nada de lo prometido, mintio. El responsable del hotel nunca vino a hablar con nosotros y a dar la cara. En resumen, alquilo la casita a otros por más dinero de lo que nosotros hicimos la reserva 10 meses antes. Es un estafador. Leer las otras críticas malas y veréis. Lo hemos denunciado también a booking.

Mal. Habíamos reservado una habitación y nos la cambiaron sin avisarnos porque otros clientes eran más y pagaron más. Falta de ética y profesionalidad. Nos soltaron una mentira, que había sido un fallo, pero después de enfadarnos. Recomiendo otras opciones en Atacama.

Hermoso y acogedor hotel, lleno de detalles y decoración rústica y acorde al lugar. la habitación cómoda y fresca, desayuno continental pero muy completo. lo mejor de todo es que esta a 5 minutos caminando desde el centro (calle caracoles) pero emplazado en un sector muy tranquilo. cuando vuelva sin duda lo escogeremos nuevamente.

Um lugar incrível com atendimento excelente! Piscina no lugar também foi um diferencial para as tardes quentes. Quartos aconchegantes e cama confortável, bem quentinha! Ha Ilhamas no local e os cachorrinhos são super familiares. Lugar lindo, com café da manhã farto. Único ponto que o Wi-Fi não chegava ate o quarto que fiquei hospedado. Os recepcionistas foram super atenciosos.

This was probably the biggest hotel disappointment of our trip to South America. We left with great expectations, a quiet location, bungalows in the greenery, swimming pool, enclosure with llamas... In reality, the potential of the structure is enormous but it is managed roughly. The rooms are basic, my shower was in an old chipped tub and you immediately notice the lack of air conditioning. Since expansion work was underway, wasn't it a good idea to use those funds to fix up the existing rooms first? Fix the bathrooms, put A/C in all the rooms or heat instead of the old gas stoves? As for breakfast, in three days we didn't have the opportunity to try it, the room opens at seven, while almost all excursions to Uyuni leave earlier. To make up for the lack, a miserable breakfast to take away is offered, a fruit, a bar and a juice... So a definitely insufficient rating for a Lodge that cost us more than the 4* in Santiago.

We had found the hotel to be great based on the website, but it exceeded all of our expectations. He is the definition of charm! Super well decorated in furniture and objects, giving a cozy atmosphere, in addition to being illuminated by lights in several points. The rooms are "bungalows" and to get to each one there is a path full of very pleasant plants. Both the bedroom and bathroom are great sizes, brand new and very clean. The breakfast is super delicious. The highlight is the hotel's llamas!!! There they have 5 that we can visit whenever we want, I thought it was great. To get to the main part of Rua Caracoles, it's a quiet 5-minute walk. It's worth it!

The place is beautiful!!! There are Llamas to make friends with, the room is clean, attentive staff, when we left earlier than breakfast time, they prepared a snack to take away, there was agia, coffee and tea available, it is very close to the main street and all shops . I loved!

We loved the place, cozy room, they offer towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap at no cost. Very good breakfast, for early tours they make a snack kit for the trip. Various leisure areas at the hotel. 5 minutes walk from the center of Caracoles Street.

Quarto muito aconchegante, cama sensacional, ducha ótima com água quente, café da manhã muito bom e saboroso, tem água e chá durante todo o dia. O espaço é delicioso, muita vegetação e tem até algumas Ilhamas. O ponto alto são as claras-boias no quarto que ficamos, a noite, deitados na cama podíamos ver a lua e as estrelas. Uau!!!!
