Our stay at the InterContinental Monterrey was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with an upscale and refined atmosphere. The lobby, in particular, deserves special mention for its impressive art displays. The location, situated in one of the more upscale areas of the city, was ideal for our stay. The rooms were equally impressive—spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. Every detail felt high quality, creating a relaxing and luxurious environment. One of the highlights of our stay was the executive lounge. The food was consistently delicious, expertly prepared, and impressively varied from day to day. It’s clear that a great deal of care goes into both the quality and presentation. I highly recommend choosing a room which includes access to the executive lounge. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the service. Ernesto, who assisted us in the Executive Lounge and at the front desk, is a gem! Ernesto provided genuine hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. Other staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable: Alberto, of the bell staff, is fantastic! Alejandra and Safiro in the Executive Lounge and Fernanda and Ana at check-in/concierge should be commended for their excellent service too. All staff members demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The staff made a lasting impression, and we're especially grateful to those team members who provided such outstanding care throughout our visit. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Monterrey.

The staff was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. Very attentive and truly tried to anticipate all our needs.

Staff was not very helpful. The hotel is brand new and pristine. Very nice. However, the lighting controls don’t work well. Super confusing.

Beautiful new hotel But to much traffic to get in and out. And the school in front makes to much noice 7am with a microphone!!! And the other thing that bothers me was that at 11am the air conditioning was regulated to 23 degrees, so the room gets very hot!!!!! Horrible!!! We called the front desk every morning and they didn’t do anything.

Room did not have sugar included in coffee bar, and specific request for sugar via a note to staff was not honored.

Nice room. Pleasant staff. Good service in El Chapulin restaurant.

Pillows are not confortable, also our shower flooded and we had to change to another which the ac did not work.

Everything was excellent, the staff amazing.
