En general muy bien. Se necesitan mas elevadores o agilizar porque se tardan muchisimo en llegar . Dejan solo dos toallas en la habitacion, son muy pocas. Hace fallta un servi bar para poder poner bebidas en la habitacion Nos tocaban temprano para ver si queriamos servicio de la lavanderia y se escuchaba que tocaban en toda las habitaciones !

No es posible que la salida de agua de la regadera estuviera atascada. Tome fotos para tu referencia. Shampoo de gran calidad pero de que sirve si la regqdera esyaba atascada....

Muy grosero el guardia de seguridad Alejandro. Vine a recoger un pedido de un huésped al hotel, mi carro no encendió y estuve esperando a que viniera el auxilio vial. Alejandro nos amenazó varias veces en llamar a la grúa y con una actitud muy grosera. Jamás se mostró en disposición de ayudar, al contrario. No es el trato que uno espera de un hotel como el Camino Real

Terrible servicio del guardia de seguridad Alejandro. La batería de nuestro carro se descompuso en el motor lobby y aunque el ya sabía de la situación nos amenazo con hablarle a una grúa sin ser empatico con que ya estábamos esperando a un auxilio vial. En varias ocasiones nos vino a correr cuando la situación claramente no dependía de nosotros.

Excelente atención al cliente, instalaciones limpias y comodas. Amplio espacio en las habitaciones. En lo personal me gustó mucho el baño, la presión del agua es muy buena y facil de regular la temperatura.
