Floor to ceiling windows. Definitely a location for finer dining, security and quality of life but still a few minutes uber ride from Many other things as well.

Go down to the mall and take the front elevator up to the balcony area with adjoining restaurants, the food there is better than the hotels, the mall and most of the upscale restaurants across the street. Its also nice the mall is connected so you can walk and people watch...

The staff is doing their best and was courteous throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were not well maintained. The pillows were uncomfortable, the towels pilled every time we used them, and the air conditioning did not work properly, leaving our room feeling humid. The Chromecast also did not work despite following the instructions provided on the TV, and the shower in our daughters' room did not function properly. The hotel has direct access to a mall, which is very convenient, and there are plenty of nearby dining options. However, due to the maintenance issues, this was not the experience we had expected for our stay.
