We stayed last year and returned again, we found the same details as the last time. The person in charge of the pool area did not know how to give general information, there were no ice machines on each floor and more than once we requested assistance from the reception and they never answered the phones.
Directly at reception the staff was very attentive, also maids and special congratulations to an older man who brought a crib for our baby to our room, he was very kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Being a guest a couple of times I can say that your are going to be in a great hotel in Monterrey. Near to restaurants and shopping malls, there’s no way you won’t have a great stay here.
