Belizian Reef Suites

I stayed in Casita 3C - the studio apartment - on a solo trip this month. The unit was simple, but had a full kitchen and everything I needed for my stay. Perfect for 1-2 people who plan to spend most of their time out and about! The memory foam mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were great - I'm very picky about my bedding! The location is perfect - I could walk to and from the airport (although they offered rides!), and walked everywhere in San Pedro with no problem, but it's far enough from the center of town that it was very quiet and peaceful at night. The best part about my stay was Kaitlynn, who was in communication from the time I booked my stay until the moment I left. She was so incredibly helpful with booking my snorkel tours and golf cart rental, even when I annoyingly made those requests last-minute. She worked hard to make sure I got to do everything I wanted to do on my trip, and was great about giving me tips for being safe as a woman traveling solo. She checked in regularly and made sure I had everything I needed for an amazing trip, and even remembered that it was my birthday. :) On previous trips to Ambergris Caye, I stayed at a higher-end resort, but couldn't justify the cost since I was traveling solo. I can honestly say that the care and attention I received from Kaitlynn was even better than at the other place I stayed - truly top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belizean Reef Suites to anyone!

Kaitlynn - the property manager - was exceptional in every way, with prompt answers to questions before and during our stay. We stayed in 2 different units during our 2 week vacation, both were excellent, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. With the ocean breezes, we rarely used the AC, instead leaving the windows open. The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, never rented a golf cart. For a moderately priced condo rental, this was a great value.

The customer service was phenomenol - Kaitlin went above and beyond to give us recommendations, meet all of our needs, and even offered transportation on her off day. Room was giant with an amazing view of the sunrise and most destinations were walkable - highly recommend

Belizean Reef has wonderful staff. The location is right in the townsite so everything is within a 15 minute walk. The tour companies are with a 10 minute walk along the beach. San Pedro is a very safe community both day and night. Beach front units in a small apartment building (7 units) very intimate. View of ocean and water activity delightful.

Just returned from a 9 day stay at the Belizean Reef Suites. Highly recommend! The view is great. You are just a short walk from the center of town. The staff is excellent - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! The staff directed us to an excellent snorkel trip to the Blue Hole. This is our second time staying here and very pleased.
