Got a free upgrade to 3rd floor on our first visit which was great.. spacious room with balcony overlooking the pool. Booked an extra day and ended up on ground floor where rooms weren't so comfortable, TV subscriptions weren't available (Netflix, Prime) as 3rd floor. Would have upgraded for sure if we got that room first time around... receptionist and bartender were welcoming and great! Always had space to park golfcart - great too!

Had to leave the island on the 11th due to medical emergency. Tried to cancel or get a credit for future stay. Hotel didn’t care to even respond to my multiple attempts and I was told by ******* that they refused even though I canceled on the 10th for an upcoming stay on the 15th. 5 days in advance! Steer clear or make sure you have insurance.

I will rate 4 stars only because I wished the pool was hidden more privately than in the Ceneter of the compound. Besides that, the Hotel manager Ms. Mar was very helpful, the staff was great, and they offered a wide range of room service but unfortunately, we did not stay long enough to use these services. Room was very clean and spacious with modern amenities however sometime the Wi-Fi connection for the tv would drop. The King size bed was very comfortable as well. They also have sister business right next door that offer golf cart rental which was ideal for us, and the location is literally like 4-minute drive away from the water taxi terminal. I would definitely stay here again.

the room was clean and good, and AC worked, so primary goal achieved. Based on the ******* listing, I had thought the pool, dining area, and poolside bar would be operating. The building outside of the individual rooms seemed pretty rundown. I would not recommend had I been traveling with my family, but was a perfect place to sleep comfortably between scuba dives

The woman at the front desk was nice. But she tried to put us in a mold infested room!! The smell was horrible. My husband found mold on the walls behind the dresser and took pics, as soon as we first stepped inside the room. He went to discuss the issue and ask for a different room, and they actually had the audacity to ask my husband to show them pictures of it... like really, as if they didnt know about the condition of that room. It just sad that thry are willing to put people in danger/unhealty conditions for profit.. disgustingly sad. They had enough decency to put us in a different room though. Be careful!!!

Liked how clean it was. Staff were helpful in trying to resolve an issue with the in room safe. Tile (?) flooring was very clean but sooooo loud when people were in the balls and going up and down the stairs. Decent affordable hotel with basic amenities.
