Close to amenities. Quiet at night. Gordo was very informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes away. Good restaurants were close to the apartment. Liked having a washer and dryer available.

This is one of the best hosted properties I have ever stayed at. Lisa, the host, coordinated our taxi pickup and drop off at the airport with her driver, Dean, who is wonderful and went out of his way to help us make the water taxi. Her local property manager, Gordo, is incredibly helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, close to town yet quiet, and within walking distance of the water taxi terminal. In addition, Lisa provides a 5 gallon water jug and coffee. She has a super informative binder with tons of restaurant recs and other tips. I also messaged her a few questions before and during our stay and she always responded with needed info. If you are looking for your own one bedroom apartment in a safe, gated building, I highly recommend. I wish I could have met her in person- she was out of town- but we will definitely stay here again if we return to Ambergris Caye!

We had an absolutely wonderful seven day stay at Belize Tropical Dream Villa!! We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice size one bedroom apartment close to the downtown area. Lisa and Gordo were very nice and helpful during our stay.

Lisa was an absolutely amazing host along with assistant Gordo, very informative and made me feel welcome and safe, good location (not too close to busy downtown or too far away), great value, all amenities you could want including washer/dryer

Nice unit with well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable for our backs though. Linens included beach towels. Shady patio area with barbecue. Super staff and they provide a lot of info and insight to the area (restaurants, activities, recommended vendors etc). South of town centre, but only short drive with golf cart or taxi. Only two blocks to beach, groceries ten min walk and convenience store across the street. Would stay again.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Tropical Dream Villas. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen appliances and utensils. We also were provided with more tan enough drinking water. Gordo was very friendly, helpful and settled us in nicely. He also came to collect us from the airport. I appreciated that there were a washing machine and tumble-dryer on the premises that we could use.

We had a great time in San Pedro. Lisa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with travel logistics, local suggestions, and ensuring our accommodations included everything we needed for our stay. This was a last minute trip and we didn't have many plans for our visit, but with Lisa's recommendations we were able to try some amazing food and restaurants, visit several fun bars, find a great golf cart rental, and explore most of ambergris caye from end to end.
