This was my second time visiting San Pedro and my first time staying at this hotel. I am absolutely speechless about my stay. The room was absolutely beautiful, I fell in love with the gifted lemon bars that I had to bring some back to Brooklyn. The customer service was beyond my imagination, I travel at least 3+ times a year and by far this has been my best customer service experience at a hotel that was not proceeded by a negative incident. The staff every single one of them that I came in contact with made me feel life a VIP. The Phoenix Resort will be getting my endorsement to everyone that asks me where to stay in San Pedro and will definitely be seeing me again. 10/10 highly recommend.

I fell in love with San Pedro! It began with the team at The Phoenix. Everyone who worked there treated our group as though we were staying in their personal homes. They called me by name, offered recommendations to enjoy the island when we were not in meetings, and appeared genuinely concerned about our comfort. The resort was not only beautiful and centrally located, it was very clean and well maintained! From my condo, I had a beautiful view of the sea and the pools—splendid! The meals from the Red Ginger were exceptional. I appreciated the variety and the fresh, local cuisine—there was something for everyone. The Phoenix is beautiful, but it's the people who work there that made my stay amazing. I can't say enough about the hospitality of the people that work there—Pamela, Danny, Tatiana, Jorge, the bartenders, waitstaff, and housekeeping—❤️. I highly recommend The Phoenix, and I already have a return date.

Second time at this lovely hotel with the best staff on the planet! Accommodations are clean modern the rooms are so spacious --noise from room to room does not transfer the staff is second to none. We're talking Four Seasons style service. It's the best accommodations in the whole country of Belize!
