Victoria House Hotel was beautiful! We loved our room ,the restaurants ,the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were just sad we couldn't stay longer. The Admiral Nelson bar was great for cocktails,very relaxing atmosphere and we loved the music they played. The food in the main restaurant was delicious,no complaints at all.

We loved our trip!!!! It is a beautiful spot. One thing that we loved was that this hotel is not over-crowded. There are other guests, but this is hotel always felt private. This feature made this trip very relaxing. The hotel food is lovely! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. But the main feature is the hotel staff. Every single staff member was nice and friendly, genuinely. They made this trip very memorable for us. Shout outs to Duane, Vanessa, Tony, Ashley and Jose. If Luiz can’t fix it, it is unfixable. We intend to return with our children!!!! Thank you!

Thank you, Victoria House! Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation. The rooms were beautiful with amazing service and views. The food was delicious and the customer service was fantastic! Our diving experience with TNT Dive Pros was exceptional. We also very much enjoyed our day fishing and snorkeling with Bradley's Charters. We can't wait to visit again!

The environment, a staff everything about this resort was A+++++. I had the best vacation I have had ever. I truly hated to leave I would strongly recommend this resort and their staff. The scenery was breathtaking..

We didn't stay here, but we ate in the restaurant twice because it was so yummy & this place has a beach entry to the ocean, so if we ever returned to Ambergris we would definitely stay here!

Impeccable staff, beautiful well appointed rooms, blissful location, excellent food. Your resort had everything we were looking for to explore Ambergris Caye. The restaurant quality exceeded our expectations, but the prize winner was the friendly, professional staff.

The most beautiful and stress free vacation I have ever had! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The grounds were immaculate, the Casita was cozy and clean. I will be back next year with more friends and family!

Friendly service, clean room, great food, and a beautiful view made our stay complete! We hated to leave! The staff was definitely 5 Star! Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.

My best friend and I had a girls trip for her milestone birthday. I was on the fence between Victoria House and another resort. I'm soooo glad I chose Victoria House! It was the perfect experience!! The staff was so incredibly friendly. Every meal we had was great. We did a spa day with massages and facials. I really just can't recommend a better choice. I've been to Belize a few times now. I've stayed in 3 different resorts, in 2 different gated communities, 4 different AirBnBs. Hands down this is the best choice. Also, I didn't mention to the staff prior to arriving that it was my best friend's birthday. It was just the two of us. We didn't have a whole party traveling with us, so I didn't really think it important to share. We arrived prior to check in and asked to store our luggage while we roamed the town. I shared that it was my best friend's birthday. When we checked into the room, they decorated it with a Happy Birthday Banner and balloons!! It was such a surprise and truly kind gesture!! This is truly a special place with special people.
