Accommodations were exceptional. Staff were friendly . Beds were comfortable. Food at Lost Gringos was amazingly delicious.

For the price, it met the mark. Staff was super! Restaurant on site was good in a pinch. Would stay again, no issue.

The location was perfect, very close to Tropic Air airport. The staff was allways helpful and friendly. My only small issue was that it was the season for the Sea moss/seagassus and so we couldn't bathe in the beach in front of the hotel. We had to travel further up the beach until we found one that had ver few Seagassus to bathe in. My other small issue was that the TV was cutting off intermittently, I was told that there was construction on a new building next door, thus, that may be the problem. Overall, we had a wonderful time there.

I loved the hospitality. The food was great. Cleanliness was to my liking. Only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the ocean from the brown seaweed looking stuff. Overall 8/10 because of no elevator.

Comfortable rooms. Cool AC. Great location. Friendly staff. Ask about the chicken drop. Would come again.

Melanie made our stay here more enjoyable than expected. She was first very welcoming and made an excellent first impression. When asked for things to do, places to go and assistance with the golf cart rental; she was very prepared to ensure we were on our way to an exciting time. Front staff was amazing. Answer all our questions and offered information on exploring the island. They really took wonderful care of us, with excellent customer service. Hotel is older but well cared for. Relaxing pool, excellent air conditioning and restaurant on site. Only improvement needed is to upgrade the beds.

Spent a week there. This place had everything we needed. Nice ocean view room, restaurant, and associated dive shop onsite just steps to the pier. The resort owner was present and just a nice guy and liked to talk with any/all the patrons. The dive company was great, a family run operation; Rudy, Rudy Jr, Jose did everything possible to make our dives work out and pay attention to all divers when down under. Reef is fantastic. Hotel rooms had nice amenities and AC worked well. Restaurant had great food (HUGE coconut shrimp...yum) and would make anything we asked for. Beer was cold! It also is located out of the hustle and bustle of downtown (stupid golf carts everywhere!) but was an easy walk up the shore into it. P.S. try the Bombay Indian restaurant for curry.
