The staff were very helpful and kind with check in and check out. The a/c was working great but the room was lacking counter space for bags and things.

San pedro has 2 ferry terminals.
International and domestic ferry. The locations are different.
The place was 15 to 20 mins walk from San Pedro Belize ferry (domestic).
It is near by the international ferry to Chetumal, Mexico.

Friendly staff, rooms were very clean, daily supply of 2 waters, coffee, tea and fresh towels. Each room has small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Also provided is an lockbox. Area on balcony to hang clothes to dry. Restaurants and shops all very near and a short 5 minute walk to dive shop. Air conditioning good!

Nice clean room, excellent A/C, great location in San Pedro, near Sprinter transportation to Belize City, near grocery store and places to eat, nice staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights for the last leg of my trip in Belize. It seemed cozy at first, but I couldn't sleep much. I thought it was just because I had excitement from being on a trip. On my last night there, I found mold on the pillow. It was on the pillow one that I was sleeping on. It wasn't just little sprinkles of mold, it was on more than half of the pillow. I spoke to the front desk immediately about it and asked them to do a deep clean and to remove all the beddings and pillows. I wasn't pleased and wanted to change hotels, but I couldn't find anything that last minute. Also, in addition to this horrible find, the AC breaks. The front desk got the AC repaired and had housekeeping do a deep clean, but I am not pleased with my stay because upon coming home, I got a really bad case of bronchitis, which last for 2 going on 3 weeks now. I don't recommend staying here, but if you're on a budget.. I would suggest to fully inspect the bedding and pillows thoroughly. I lost 2 weeks of work because of the bronchitis. I typically don't write reviews, but I wanted to share my story in case you were looking for places to stay in Ambergris Caye. Hope this helps.
