Tradewinds Paradise Villas

This was our second visit to Belize Tradewinds Paradise Villas, and once again, everything was flawless—thanks in large part to Emanuel, who is truly our go-to for all things travel and hospitality in San Pedro. From the moment we started planning, Emanuel took care of every detail—from booking our oceanfront condo, arranging round-trip flights from Belize City, coordinating our airport transfers, and even meeting us personally to assist with our luggage. He also took care of our golf cart rental, ensuring it was delivered and picked up at the villa. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, helpful, and organized, and he made the entire experience feel effortless. The condos themselves are fantastic—clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed in two different oceanfront units and both were thoughtfully stocked with essentials like toilet paper, purified water, beach towels, extra bedding, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). Emanuel also helped us with referrals to trustworthy dive shops and local tour operators, which made planning our excursions a breeze. Housekeeping is offered every other day, and Marely does an excellent job keeping everything in order so you can just relax and enjoy your stay. The property is in a prime location—perfectly situated between everything you’d want to experience on Ambergris Caye. It’s peaceful, beautifully landscaped, and extremely well-maintained. We especially loved the heated pool, the outdoor grilling area, and the prep and serving space with built-in stools—great for a sunset BBQ! We truly can’t recommend Belize Tradewinds Paradise Villas highly enough. Whether it’s your first trip or your fifth, Emanuel and the entire team go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

My family stayed at Tradewinds Paradise Villas in early July and had a truly positive experience. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is outstanding—everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and most importantly, the hospital, which is directly across the street. That turned out to be incredibly important during a medical emergency. I also want to highlight Emmanuel, the property manager. He was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation. His support made a difficult time so much easier, and we’re deeply grateful. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-run place to stay in San Pedro, I absolutely recommend Tradewinds Paradise Villas.

Great location and roomy villa. Easy walk to many restaurants. Emanuel was extremely helpful and accommodating. Great diving with Reef Adventures which is practically just outside the door. Have been here multiple times and plan to return.

This place is great! It’s in San Pedro, so close enough to walk and/or easily golf cart to all the good stuff to do in town - yet, it’s quiet and sheltered from the San Pedro traffic. There are two small grocery stores a short walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable (housekeeping does a good job and comes by every two days); the pool area is nice; we had a spot to park our golf cart; and we loved having coffee outside on our small veranda in the morning. Plus, Emanuel is a fabulous host - super helpful.

Don't let the pictures fool you. This location is MAGICAL! The unit was just the right size for two adults. It was clean, very close to the pool and ocean. While we visited, the sargassum had come in hard, so the beaches were not as pristine as they would normally be, but not the hotel's fault. Emmanuel took very good care of us. Our flight was delayed going and we ended up missing all the ferry's to the island. Had to arrange new transportation and he was on it. Easy to communicate and easy to navigate. We did not have any peddlers into the condo property, except once, which is very good. They can be annoying! Emmanuel had water and beer waiting for us upon our arrival. The pool was frigid cold but being that the temperature was high, it was a refreshing change. Pool was attended to every day, and the grounds were always kept pristine. Close to all amenities, including a breakfast burrito cart right outside (CHEAP!) and BBQ at the Kmart periodically. A/C was awesome and had no complaints.

Perfect hone away from home. Look no further. Pre-arrival - Emmanuel helped us with free airport pick up and drop off: when we took an earlier flight in, he just sent the shuttle earlier. He also shared contacts for golf cart rentals and activities. Also gave honest advise ever trying to sell things to us. During the stay: very comfortable beds, clean home. We did not use the kitchen much but it seemed to have all the essentials. We were missing beach towels so they dropped them off within 15 min of texting them. They also cleaned during the stay and changed towels. Great recommendations from Emanuel on local places to explore and how to plan the day. Definitely staying here kn the way back.
