the location is far away from town which is one of the reasons why we loved this place. It was so peaceful and quiet. Although amenities were not complete as a resort should, it didn't take away the great experience we had. The food in their restaurant is also good. We would love to come back soon.

Sucio, pésimo servicio, más de 4 kms de terracería para llegar. Solicité una ampliación de 2 horas para salir pues el check out es a las 11 am y mi vuelo de regreso era a las 5 pm y me cobraron 1,500 pesos por 2 horas. Las meseras del restaurante no tienen idea de lo que es un buen servicio. Jamás regresaría. Lo único rescatable es el servicio de salvavidas.

The site is fantastic and deserves better service than what they offer. There are very few palapas on the beach and the lounge chairs are few and very old. The same can be said about swimming pools.
The staff seems overworked, both those who clean the rooms and those in the bars and restaurants. There doesn't seem to be anyone responsible for the service who cares about the customer.
As I said before, a place of great beauty but with great needs to improve its services and customer service.

The installations and apartments are great. It has a good gym. Nice pools. Clean. And good ok beach access. But the food is not good. And the service for food takes forever. To order fries, as a snack, itt ok almost 2 hours. I also was food poisoned blwhen I ordered thermos fish if the day. I spend a whole day sick. No doctors close by, no Farmacia’s close by. The service is not good. But the installations and please is peaceful and clean.

Esta muy lejos del centro y se tiene que manejar por una carretera muy angosta con un tramo largo en terraceria, por lo que no es de facil acceso, solo si rentaste auto puedes trasladarte, de otra forma seguramente sera caro llegar y salir a las diferentes areas de atraccion. Las instalaciones cumplen para hospedarte espaciosa y comodamente. Habitaciones eficientes y buenos acabados, muy bien equipadas. En General disfrutamos nuestra estancia en Vivo Resorts.
