No air-conditioned and many mosquitoes. The hotel is nice but you have to see it with open mind

Good size rooms in the hills.
Goo location, but you will have to walk up a hill and a few stairs. Pool is at the very top, it's a good size and kept clean. There is no restaurant or breakfast available but you can get a coffee in the mornings. WiFi is only available near the eating and reception area. Rooms are big and have a hammock each, the beds are a little firm and there is only a fan. Also noticed that there was a drainage issue in the bathroom so there is a bit of a smell. There is also only light curtains on all the windows.

Hablé por teléfono para reservar mi viaje de invierno del 22 de diciembre al 4 de enero, la señorita de recepción que me contestó el teléfono es sumamente GROSERA, pero de verdad grosera, arrogante, déspota, responde de mala gana, apurándote, con sonidos de queja. Viajo con dos nenas siento que al involucrarse en un lugar con gente tan poco tolerante y grosera las expongo y me expongo . Que triste que exista gente que trabaje con en servicio al cliente, que sean los primeros dar la cara por el hotel “recepción” te den tan mala experiencia. 👎 Ojo: lean los comentarios en Google, no soy la primera persona que dice que la señorita de recepción es grosera.

La propiedad se encuentra en deterioro total, insalubre, con bichos en las camas, en las mesas, el drenaje no funciona, las sabanas manchadas con suciedad de los roedores,etcétera. No recomendable.

Bel endroit,personnel souriant serviable et avenant. Malheureusement il souffre du manque d'approvisionnememt... Par contre trois plage offrant des ambiances differantes et la proprdté et l'entretien est parfait.
