Me encanto la ubicacion El dj de los días que estuvimos fue genial La comida deliciosa el servicio del personal excelente Nos dieren free up grade a una mejor habitacion lo que no me gusto que solicite una noche mas y me pidieron pagarla al regreso y cuando regrese ya no tenian disponibilidad y me tuve que hospedar en otro hotel

Un hotel sumamente mediocre, el trato al cliente no existe de hecho les importan poco las opiniones de los clientes, ellos solo quieren de forma voraz el dinero, pense que con el incendio que tuvieron, los cuartos los iban a remoledar, pero lo unico que remodelaron fue lo que se alcanzo a maltratar, son una verdadera porqueria las habitaciones, no brindan buena atención respecto sillas en playa ya que solo hay 6 sillas y unos cuanto camastros, todos feiisimos de madera quemada por el sol, en fin un hotel en suma mediocre pero con precios muy altos

This hotel has changed from a peaceful resort to unbearably noisy . They have pool parties on the beach with horrible loud electronic music with a pounding bass with no regard for their guests . After a three week stay and many complaints I will not return . Their website advertises rest , rejuvenation and romance yet none of this is possible due to the noise . Don't even bother to think about dining here as the noise is so loud you will not be able to talk . Sad & disappointing . Also , no hot water or wifi in most rooms .

If you are seeking the quiet , relaxing sound of the ocean, this definitely is not the place to stay! Starting before lunch until evening they play loud « music » that goes boom, boom, boom so loud it bothers people like me, staying 4 hotels away from it.
