We were greeted warmly by the Receptionist upon our arrival, this always makes a difference especially when you're exhausted from traveling. Our Deluxe Suite was clean, cozy and with an amazing view of the mountain range.
My only suggestion would be, MAY BE an elevator for those carrying heavier luggage, and a bit of faster service during breakfast.
The hotel is located just about a 4 minute drive from the City Mall and other entertainment areas.

No pudimos hospedarnos, ya que nunca procesaron nuestra reserva y al llegar al hotel estaban llenos y no nos solucionaron.

Excelent option to stay. Near main avenues and a nice mall.
I would strongly suggest to put protection on the building to prevent doves stand in the window sills and start making noise very (extremely) early and at sunset.
