La propiedad en general se encuentra en buenas condiciones, sin embargo carece de servicios básicos de hospitalidad como botellas de agua en las habitaciones, te regalan una al ingresar solamente, adicionalmente los baños huelen a humedad, el desayuno es muy básico e incluso te dan utensilios desechables, el precio no es mucho menor a otros hoteles para que exista tal diferencia. El internet es deficiente adicionalmente.
