Great stay. Room very large with large refrigerator and small desk with washing basin. Small balcony available, we used to dry to wash. While this place is a little off the beaten path it is practically a brand new hotel!! Very clean and nice! Breakfast was included and very good. For value and comfort this place is the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Thailand.

Rooms are so ordinary and in good condition. Unfortunately, the shower is only separated by a corner and the bathroom is mostly wet when doing the shower. The hall is very modern, unfortunately everything is very bright. The situation is unfortunately not good if you are usually too far on the road. It was a nice stay at the hotel. The room was renovate with a bit of fragment here and there but overall was good. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Water was good and worked well. The bathroom floor was not at all slippery even wet. This is good for elderly. My suggestion for the hotel is to look more about mosquitoes and ant. I found a couple of mosquitoes and an ant on the bed. With that in mind for hotel maid, overall stay was pleasant one and will be back again. Oh Did I mention that the reception was nice and helpful. There is also a live cat lying around to welcome visitors at all time.

This hotel is a budget hotel next to Central Festival Chaingmai mall. You can go buy food. Or you can shop easily and comfortably. The room is large, okay. There are adequate facilities. The disadvantage here is that there is little parking. and must travel mainly by car

The hotel has a weird lay out. The elevator reaches only from 2nd to 4th floor. We had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs from the first floor to reach an elevator then more hauling of our luggage to the 5th floor. The hotel is located near a main road and it was noisy throughout the night. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom. The tiles in a bathroom were broken and cleanliness was not the hotel’s priority. We stayed only one night. And we will not be staying here again in the future
