We LOVE The ADLER!!! Been to The Dolomites & twice at Tuscany - staff at Thermae is AMAZING!!! The food quality is excellent, the saunas, pool, gym - so relaxing yet invigorating! We love the bike & hiking tours & special shout out to Giulio & Cristina! This is what it truly feels like to be on vacation! We can't wait to return!

La location è fantastica. Hotel ben curato e ben tenuto. Personale gentilissimo e molto accomodante. Pulizia delle stanze perfetta. La colazione è variegata, il pranzo (21 euro) offre moltissimi antipasti e pesce fresco, lo stesso dicasi per la cena. SPA top. Sicuramente un hotel a 5 stelle, impeccabile. Ero stata anche all’ Adler in Sicilia, ma questo a mio parere, è leggermente superiore circa la professionalità del personale. Eccellente.

Wonderful wonderful place. The setting is spectacular. The thermal baths, saunas, steam baths, relaxation rooms-I had never been anywhere like this. We had a rainy day and ended up thoroughly enjoying the amenities. Our guided walking tour with wine tasting was lovely and super fun e-bike ride (until it rained). 3 days is the minimum to stay. Food and service was all superior. I would love to return to this very special place.❤️

Well what can I say, it was 3 days of relaxation. Very nice structure definitely super recommended. The only flaw are these relaxation areas which are not warm at all. Always doors open. My review is above all because I was very satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff, especially in the restaurant. I only read the names of Giuseppe and Enrico, but everyone was super helpful.

Maybe we were unlucky with the period or with the mix of customers we found, but overall the experience was disappointing. The structure is beautiful and clean but has nothing characteristic: to appreciate where you are, you have to look outside. The room could overlook Lake Garda or the Dolomites; inside you wouldn't be able to distinguish the locations - anonymous. The staff has high quality, but on average it is not comparable to other spa facilities in the area. The thermal pool is modern and characterless. The turnout during our week was low: people in the pool covered in jewels like Madonna del Petrolio... very loud voices, cell phones everywhere, even at the table! And often in speakerphone…. And none of the staff encouraged more discreet behavior. No comment on the abundance of sequins, sequins and fake nails... it's not the hotel's fault... But let breakfast be a mess, with crowded tables and "do it yourself" service (you get your own teapot, tea, milk and squeeze your own orange juice from the machine...! Well, this is the hotel's responsibility. As are the SpA services that regularly start and end 5 minutes before (..."so I'll explain..." but explain during the massage! ). In short... an enchanting place but without passion.

Wow is the right word to describe this unique and magical place. The beautiful spa centre, the unique spa, the fantastic massages and the restaurant a pleasure. Amazing hot springs in Tuscany! The spa offers outstanding services and amenities. We booked the day spa and it was so special. Food offered during day spa was delicous. Hot spring pools are perfect. Wish I would have booked two days! Very close to Pienza.
