The hotel is good, with good facilities in all aspects. It's a decent hotel, but it has no special features and the price is relatively expensive. Things seem to be expensive in Costa Rica.

Mi experiencia en el hotel muy buena , unas instalaciones muy modernas , el personal muy amable , la comida de muy buena calidad y las camas muy cómodas. Está en una muy buena locación en el área de Escazu cerca de tiendas y restaurantes . Lo recomiendo y claro que volvería.

This was a top-notch example of an AC Hotel. Keep up the high quality! The staff was welcoming and terrific. This is conveniently located in San Jose. Parking is on site (though the entrance to the lot and the hotel itself are not easy to locate right away)--all worth it. Beautiful accommodations--especially with an upgrade. The view, location atmosphere and food all exceeded expectations!

Very nice hotel. Well located and employees are very friendly. It is taking forever to get a copy of my final bill with breakdown of charges emailed to me. Other than that, the room was modern and very clean. The food at restaurant is very good as well.

The location is great. The room was nicely decorated, new furniture, spacious and very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. It has a nice bar with a great terrace. The room service menu is a bit limited. I think that out of most options this is the better hotel in San Jose today.

We have been coming to this hotel once a quarter for a couple of years now and have been consistently impressed by the level of service. From front desk experience with Austin, who always knows our name and exudes positivity, to the attentive and warm service we get from Marlyn as we enjoy breakfast, this hotel has become an experience my wife insists upon EVERY time we visit San Jose! Clean, efficient, quiet, and centrally located for Escazu. It's a great base of operations for San Jose!

Hands down the best hotel in the Central Valley. Remarkable service and amazing breakfast along with top notch amenities. State of the art gym along with swanky rooftop and a la cart breakfast along with buffet. Shout out to Nicole , Paula and Austin for the warm hospitality we always receive.
