Staff was great and hotel was neat clean and quiet. Staff does a great job especially setting up for breakfast. Will definitely come back again.

The staff was so kind and helpful. After the horrible experience at the Marin Wood Inn where I waa verbally assukated and threatened by the owner and front deak east indian men...I was totally traumatized..thei hotel the people where angels and the place was so cleam. Thank u I felt so safe.

Would be a great place to stay for a budget hotel in San Rafael except that the shower was barely warm and the water pressure was low. When we mentioned it to the staff they didn't seem to care at all. When I'm travelling on business a nice hot shower is a necessity not a luxury.

No coffee maker in room, no cups or glasses. had to go to front desk and get myself. No outlets at nightstand to charge devices. Phone in room didn't work so couldn't call front desk. No vent in bathroom, dim lighting. Was a gap at door latch big enough for someone to see into my room.
