The staff was very helpful and kind. The castle is beutiful and the rooms are good. The frist night we arived late and ate at the hotel bistro. We were plesantly surprised by the good food and hospitality of the cheifs and waitress. We rented a car an took daytrips to surrounding attractions like Pisa, Cinque terre and Lier. Cinque terre is a quite long ride. The other days we chose to vist places closer to san ruffino. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you very much.

Charmerende *****-hotel.
Kæmpe store værelser, med god komfort - enkle, måske tenderende lidt kedelige, men meget renlige.
Det er en gammel bygning, og det giver både masser af charme og lidt udfordringer.
Parkering lidt væk, men ikke et stort problem, dog bør vejen dertil repareres ASAP!
Restauranten ligger med en fantastisk udsigt over dalen, og meget hyggeligt. Super god service og mad.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad op deze mooie plek. Dit keer in de suite in de oude paardenstal, met jacuzzi en uitzicht op het zwembad en de vallei. Weer mogen genieten van het vriendelijke personeel en lekker eten. Tot de volgende keer, ci vediamo presto!

Château = forêt donc chasse et chiens de chasse qui aboient toute la nuit. Château = mariage le samedi donc claquement de porte la nuit, course poursuite dans les couloirs, ouverture des portes, occupation de « vos » sièges sur la terrasse Pas de coffre, de plateau de courtoisie, de téléphone (pour appeler la réception) salle de bain ridicule pour une suite et inconfortable. Porte fenêtre qui ne se verrouille pas (on peut ouvrir par l’extérieur) sauf à fermer les volets… Le restaurant ne vaut pas le détour, erreur sur l’addition, l’entretien laisse à désirer. Les photos du site ne sont pas contractuelles ??? une méthode pour facturer un supplément sur ce que avez choisi Pour nous, ce n’était ni le bon week-end, ni le bon hôtel, ni le bon restaurant Impossible de joindre la direction le week-end

Beautiful location, nice old renovated castle with very large rooms. Excellent restaurant with a stunning view at the outdoor terrace.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
I usually like to explore multiple hotels/locations, but this hotel and its crew made me come back five times this year.

Contrairement à votre descriptif pas de mini bar, pas coffre fort et pas de kitchenette dans les chambres. Hôtel très beau de l'extérieur mais très vieillot et mobilier réduit au minimum. Baignoire jaccuzi mais pas de quoi accrocher la douchette Chasse d'eau toilettes cassée. Pas de quoi poser ses trousses de toilette. E' revanche restaurant très bon et personnel très accueillant
