The location of the hotel was excellent, near two major shopping areas. The hotel was clean however the pillows were very thick and hard making it difficult to sleep well. Otherwise the facilities and the breakfast was decent.

The Hotel is next to the Gran Vía Shopping Center, so excellent restaurants, shops and cinema are just a short walk from the hotel. Also close to the highway to the airport. The breakfast is quite complete, and if your flight leaves too early they prepare a packed breakfast and deliver it to you when you check out.
