Easy check in, service was very nice and respectful
Food close by if you want to walk, many different options, and transportation to and from the airport was excellent!

The room facilities are old, and the carpet has a lot of obvious stains; I stayed on the first floor for the first two nights, the network was poor, the windows couldn't be closed, etc., the experience was poor; the breakfast was not rich enough, basically just fruit.

The cleaning crew was excellent. Elevators were out of service for the entire stay and likely still are. Very noisy area. Bed was not comfortable . Ac didn’t work well . Hot rooms. Breakfast was excellent.

Great customer service but the hotel is very much in need of a renovation!!! Old carpets, old showers and the elevator is forever out of service. If your room faces the pool, be forewarned that you are at the mercy of loud guests.
Location of the hotel is not the greatest if you do not have a car transportation. Walking seems dangerous as the streets are not pedestrian friendly.

Ya necesita remodelacion. La propiedad tiene una increible ubicacion, pero el descuido y la falta de mantenimiento hace de este alojamiento lo peor en lo que me he quedado. Espero mejoren.
