Was easy check in and had all needed amenities, is close to a shopping center and the airport but otherwise wouldn't really come to this location.

We called to ask if there was a microwave to heat up for breakfast, they told us yes, but no, they also told us they had cinnamon, but there wasn't any. Too much heat in both hallways and rooms. Very dark in the hallway, you can't see to open the door. We called before staying to ask if they had electrical outlets for the car, they said no. There we were able to verify that there were 4 in the hotel parking lot, I suppose they are reserved for employees.

Stunningly beautiful hotel right on the river in San Sebastian. The entrance hall is palatial. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and it was huge! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent - it makes this hotel a perfect place to explore this gorgeous city.

It is a hotel located in San Sebastián de los Reyes, 20 minutes from Madrid (by car), the hotel is simple, clean, comfortable. They offer breakfast (cold cuisine) and drinks, it does not vary, that is, you always find the same thing despite offering a variety of breads, cereals, hams, cheeses, juice and coffees. Be careful, breakfast is not included in the cost of the room. The hotel has parking, a small gym, the rooms are comfortable, especially the bed and pillows, it is very close to the Plaza Norte 2 shopping center where you can do a variety of shopping and you have the option of meals that you will need because the hotel restaurant for dinner they don't serve every day. Nice standard business hotel but plan on having to drive or taxi —not easy to walk anywhere. Parking on the street out front was easy. Reasonable drive or Uber into central Madrid or airport. I didn’t use bus or train but assume it too is reasonable. Expansive shopping area.
