El recepcionista Xabier ejemplo claro de no amar su profesión ni a los clientes que visita su ciudad. Rudo, soez e irrespetuoso. Dejas olvidadas unas prendas de ropa y desaparecen por arte de magia. Una pena que sea la cara visible de una pensión con encanto en el corazón de esta maravillosa ciudad.

Llegamos de imprevisto y dispuestas a pagar un precio bastante alto dadas las circunstancias. Sin embargo, llega un punto en qué resulta vergonzoso cobrar ese precio por tales servicios. Tuvimos un concierto de portazos y voces hasta pasadas las 2 a.m No había nadie en recepción para llamar la atención a los huéspedes desconsiderados. La habitación era minúscula, colchón duro, cojines aún más duros que nos han dejado una tortícolis de narices, luz (artificial) escasa, la conexión WI-FI es de broma y por último, sin TV, baño sin colgadores para la ropa y las toallas y el espejo para que te mires mientras te duchas, no mientras te arreglas. En fin, un hostel de gente que quiere meter habitaciones como sea y que los huéspedes se apañen entre ellos.

Está en una calle muy transitada y en pleno centro, si buscas tranquilidad, no lo recomiendo ya que debajo del hostal es la zona de pubs musicales, donde cada noche pasa la policia para echar a la gente porque se lía siempre. Cogimos una habitación de 4 con baño privado, el baño estaba lleno de humedades, la puerta bufada, encontramos cucarachas vivas, arañas…
