Booked a Grand Room and on 4th floor. Initially thought it was beautiful room but they were renovating the floor above!! 5th floor. Builders everywhere, banging about, like bricks falling on ceiling.....this was a 60th birthday visit and they knew this so terribly disappointing

Realmente impecable hotel, q mantiene vigente toda su historia pero adecuado al 2024. Recepción agil y amables. Parkin muy cercano pero atención q es un poco angosto para autos grandes. Las vistas de las habitaciones q dan a la bahia son para encuadrar. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas y cambian todos los dias las sabanas. Las camareras muy amables y la limpieza impecable. Todo el hotel destila glamour. Lo unico malo es tener q irse.

We spent 4 nights at this fabulous hotel in a sea view room. The room (including the bathroom) was newly renovated and very comfortable. In the lounge we enjoyed coffee and late night drinks overlooking the bay. It could not be faulted. The staff were very helpful and overall service was excellent. Would recommend.

Precioso hotel situado en la mejor localización de Donosti : frente a la bahía de la Concha. Vistas inigualables y en centro de la ciudad. Su decoración recuerda los hoteles del siglo pasado pero actualizada a 2024. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Personal amable. Parking muy cercano angosto para coches grandes. Wi-FI pobre. Aire acondicionado con ruido muy elevado que casi impide descansar. Colchón híper duro. Mantenimiento algo descuidado ( un enchufe de pared estaba salido y colgando al principio de nuestra estancia y ahí seguía cuando nos fuimos). El hotel en general sería muy recomendable si tuviera los precios más o menos de un 4*, lo que pasa es que es mucho más caro. Eso impide que vuelvas de forma recurrente durante todo el año y solo y puntualmente cuando tienen alguna oferta de forma muy ocasional. Sus instalaciones y servicios, siendo buenos, no valen lo que cuesta, pero…… las vistas no tienen precio.
