Lasala Plaza is a wonderful hotel. From the moment we entered and were greeted with smiles and a glass of cava, we knew our stay would be memorable. Our room was on the 5th floor with a sea view that can only be described as spectacular. The service at the hotel was outstanding. We recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel, the location was perfect for getting to everything in San Sebastián. The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds, the breakfasts were excellent and well worth including in our package. The only negative was poor service at the Rooftop Bar, more senior staff needed there.

Lasala Plaza is a lovely hotel. Very courteous staff, great location, clean, and comfortable. If we ever have the chance to come back, this is where we would stay.

This is my third year in a row staying here. It’s so quiet, clean, and elegant. The restaurant downstairs is a spectacular place to dine, great food and a great view!

The Lasala Plaza is the perfect place to be if you choose to stay at San Sebastian. Iconic scene the beach day and night from the room with sea view, the staff very helpful and the vallet parking is the best solution for your car as the hotel is at the old city center of San Sebastian. Definitely worth the visit hope to be there again someday!

Difficulty getting car to hotel as need to go via a no entry pedestrian zone, hotel need to state this in the written instructions. Lights in this smart hotel overly complicated for a normal human. Sink in bathroom very odd especially if you want to wet shave or wash. Parking is not clearly explained on joining instructions, again I had to bring my suitcases from an underground car park some distance away.
