Прекрасный отель! Очень удобное расположение. Персонал приветливый, девушка на ресепшен Kati все объяснила, где что находится. В номере очень чисто! Если приедем еще, обязательно поселимся в этом отеле.

酒店裝修很明亮，房間很大，衞生間也大還乾濕分離。離海邊和老城都很近，出門吃飯都是步行幾百米的距離。

It is PERFECT! Welcome was perfect, such a warm and helpful experience. Staff throughout were wonderful. They really care about the hotel and guests. I felt valued and I could go to them about anything. 20% off the hotel bar, which was as great as the hotel, again, the staff were fantastic, drinks great and price good. Room was gorgeous, with well thought out decor, huge windows and a balcony overlooking the park. Out view was of a couple of swans in their pond surrounded by lush gardens. The position in San Sebastián worked well, very close to the beach’s and old town. Next door was an incredible bakery for breakfast and another one on the corner that was excellent too. Can’t praise this hotel enough, will be back. The thing that makes a hotel, however lovely the room is, is the hotel staff, they are awesome. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very decent hotel in San Sebastian. Conveniently situated on the old town doorstep. The front desk staff is super nice and super helpful, they will make you feel welcomed and at home. Special "Thank you" to Kati and Mauro - you are great! The rooms are big enough and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is a little bit hard to spot from the road and the designated 15min car park spot is poorly signposted, so just park on the pedestrian area in front of the hotel for drop off.

私たちが泊まった部屋は2階にリビングスペースがあり、日中もゆっくり寛げました。
旧市街まで徒歩ですぐの場所で、隣にはベーカリーショップやBarがあります。
Barは滞在中20%引きで利用でき、カフェやお酒も楽しめます。
受付の方はとても親切です。
子供が部屋に忘れ物をして、後日問い合わせると見つけて保管していただいていました。海外ではなかなか見つからないことも多いので、とても感謝しています。
