The hotel is located a bit outside San Sebastian and is close to a kind of highway,
price is too high !

Bueno la verdad es que yo esperaba más de este hotel. Es lo justo que podemos encontrar en la categoría. Un desayuno muy limitado, cuatro cositas y listo, en una pequeña sala en la que no se cabe. Ningún servicio de bocadillos o sándwiches que te solucionen una cena. La tv no se ve por “señal débil o inexistente”. Nada en el baño que te ofrezcan para tu servicio salvo shampoo o gel de baño. Mucho calor en la habitación aunque el termostato marca “off”. En resumen una buena cama y poco más lo que para un 4* se nos antoja muy justo.

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel, con diferencia mucho mejor que otros en los que hemos estado aquí en Donosti. Ubicación de 10, para entrar y salir de la ciudad, tienes parada de "topo" a 5 min, parada de bus n°5 en la puerta, bajas paseando a la playa de Ondarreta en 25 min. El personal es súper atento, las habitaciones estupendas, limpieza espacio y algo de 10 es la cama y almohadas, algo que para nosotros es crucial. El desayuno súper variado, tienes de todo y el precio muy competitivo para lo cara que es la ciudad. Además aparcamos el coche en el parking y no nos lo cobraron. Por tanto valoración de 10 y por supuesto cuando volvamos nos alojaremos de nuevo aquí.

Bien placé dans Sant Sébastian, facile pour le trouver et aussi pour se garer... Bon acceuil !! Chambre propre, confortable et complète !!! Bar sympa pour prendre l'apéritif !!!! Personnel souriant qui parle Français pour la plus part !!!

Excellent overnight stay with free parking around the hotel. There’s a bar on the premises, fridge but no kettle. Located outside of the tourist area. Well priced

The hotel was very nice. It has a public parking next to the hotel at a very affordable rate, parking it’s free at this parking space from 20:00 to 9:00, thus you only pay by the hour from 9:00 up.
The only downside of the room is that you can hear noise from the upper flor

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. - When you book the hotel offers free parking, but afterwords when the room can't be canceled anymore they tell you that there are only limited free parking spots available and that they only parking spots left that you have to pay for. It is very poor that the hotel has to result to this kind of practice to get clients - The staff is very unpleasant. - The rooms have so thin walls that you can follow the complete conversation of the neighbors. Completely no sound isolation. - The rooms are dirty: Spots on curtains, damaged walls, signs of humidity and mold - Airco is very load and doesn't work properly I don't understand how this can be a 4 star hotel. 1 star would be more apropriate
